With operations across various sectors, it strives to contribute to society through its cutting-edge solutionsResponsibilities :- Leading testing efforts for mobile applications, ATM applications, and websites to ensure quality standards.- Writing detailed and effective test cases based on product requirements.- Executing functional, regression, performance, and usability testing.- Analyzing logs to identify issues and providing detailed reports to development teams.- Collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders on product quality.- Developing QA strategies and processes to enhance product quality and testing efficiency.- Mentoring junior QA team members in fostering quality and continuous improvement.- Providing regular status reports on testing progress, quality metrics, and risks.Must-Have Skills :- Experience in the Fintech industry- Software quality assurance expertise- Proficiency with mobile applications, ATM applications, and website testing- Experience writing test cases and conducting various types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance)- Familiarity with QA tools and test management software, automated testing tools like Selenium and Appium- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium)Good-to-Have Skills :- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile environments- Familiarity with mobile testing best practices and toolsAcademic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
