We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to oversee the quality assurance processes. The QA Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, performance, and security of our products through comprehensive testing methodologies. The ideal candidate is proficient in various testing types, automation, and quality management frameworks like Six Sigma, with a passion for delivering flawless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance efforts for customer's products, including ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, performance, and security.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Automation Testing, Endpoint Agents Testing, Load Testing, and Security Testing (Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing).
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Implement and manage automation testing frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage of test cases.
• Conduct load testing to validate system performance under high-traffic conditions and ensure scalability.
• Perform security testing, including Vulnerability Assessments (VA) and Penetration Testing (PT), to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Apply Six Sigma methodologies, including House of Quality and Quality Function Deployment (QFD), to align product quality with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Mentor and guide QA team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for test cases, procedures, and quality metrics.
• Monitor and report on quality assurance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders to drive product improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with a min of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. The role is based in Bangalore or Bhubaneswar.
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role in a technology-driven environment, preferably with cybersecurity or network security products.
• Expertise in testing methodologies, including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, Automation Testing, Endpoint Agents Testing, Load Testing, and Security Testing (VA/PT).
• Strong knowledge on product domains, including ZTNA, SSO, MFA, and IDAM.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, Postman, or similar) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and security testing practices, including Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing.
• In-depth understanding of Six Sigma concepts, House of Quality, and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for quality management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize critical issues.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as ISTQB, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerized applications (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of secure software development lifecycles (SDLC) and DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and their testing requirements.
