We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our LFS & Specialty Retail channel for fragrances, including:

-LFS (Large Format Stores)

-Specialty retail partners (e.g., Health & Glow)

-Exclusive Kiosks & Brand Counters in retail stores

This is a retail leadership role managing ABMs & KAMs, with end-to-end responsibility for sales, retail operations, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Planning & Business Growth

-Develop and approve the annual business plan for the LFS channel aligned to company goals.

-Cascade sales targets down to regions, stores, and brands across watches, accessories, fragrances, and sunglasses.

-Review performance vs. plan and drive corrective actions.

-Define and execute network expansion strategies.

-Lead & scale the Business Associates (BA) program.

2. Sales Execution & Merchandising

-Collaborate with merchandising & KAM teams to define product mix and support new store launches.

Negotiate merchandising mix, margins, and returns with retail partners.

Identify high-performing products and align with marketing on new product pipeline to maximize profitability.

3. Retail Operations & SOP Management

Create, refine, and enforce channel SOPs.

Ensure commercial compliance with support from KAMs & commercial teams.

Drive store ranking improvements, brand visibility, and market share.

Manage vendor contracts for manpower support.

Approve RTV (Return-to-Vendor) processes and SKU rationalization.

4. Incentives & Scheme Management

Design and roll out annual incentive schemes for store staff.

Conduct quarterly reviews to assess scheme effectiveness and course-correct.

Develop promotional schemes aligned with growth objectives.

What We're Looking For

Strong retail channel leadership experience (LFS / Specialty Retail / Fragrances / Lifestyle categories preferred).

Proven track record of managing KAMs & ABMs.

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.

Ability to drive profitability, operational excellence, and team performance.
