Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and lead our organic marketing efforts. As we evolve and expand into new markets, you should be adaptable and ready to take on new challenges.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and phrases for organic search optimization.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for improved search engine visibility and rankings.
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices, including URL structure optimization, internal linking, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like SEMRush, AHREFs, Google Analytics, and Search Console to track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and user behavior.
  • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies such as link building, guest blogging, and social media optimization to improve domain authority and backlink profile.
  • Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and website enhancements.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to page speed optimization, CSS minification, accessibility, structured data markup, and creadibility.
  • Implement technical SEO optimizations such as improving page load times, optimizing images and multimedia content, and ensuring mobile-friendliness.
  • Stay updated on search engine algorithms, industry trends, and SEO best practices to make data-driven recommendations and optimizations.
  • Provide SEO insights and recommendations to improve website performance, user experience, and search engine rankings.
  • Generate regular SEO performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Drive international SEO initiatives to support expansion into new markets and languages.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams (such as Marketing, Product, and Design) to integrate SEO requirements into website development and content creation processes.
  • Proactive, innovative, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in English or Mass Communication, or a combination of both is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • 2-3 years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency or startup environment.
  • Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving measurable results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO elements (site structure, URL optimization, schema markup, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Webflow CMS is a plus.
  • Passion for yoga, wellness, or related industries is a plus.
