Electrical Technician – Earthing System Installation

About the Role:
CrewSELECT are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join a high-performing team installing electrical fitouts at Patrick Terminal . This role is hands-on and involves working in a high-safety industrial environment under an established contract scope.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Install, fit-off, and commission electrical cabling and associated hardware (3-phase/1-phase outlets, switchboards, switchrooms)

  • Fabricate and install electrical conduit and cable trays

  • Conduct continuity and resistance testing to verify system integrity

  • Interpret electrical drawings and site plans for accurate installation

  • Safely operate hand and power tools

  • Follow site safety protocols, environmental controls, and project timelines

  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to coordinate installation activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • WA Electrical Worker’s Licence (or equivalent)

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical infrastructure and installations

  • Experience in port or industrial environments

  • Confined Space & Working at Heights certifications

  • Verification of Competency (VoC) for relevant plant/equipment

  • White Card (Construction Induction), CPR & LVR certification

  • Knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 3017 standards

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong attention to detail and safety
