As their trusted recruitment partner, we’re now seeking an experienced Switchboard Electrician to join their expanding team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Based at their purpose-built facility in Brisbane’s southern suburbs, this workshop-based role will see you working closely with a collaborative team to assemble and fabricate high-spec switchboards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and wiring custom switchboards and control panels

• Accurately interpreting electrical schematics and layout drawings

• Performing electrical testing, fault finding, and verification to Australian standards

• Maintaining high-quality workmanship in line with company safety procedures

• Completing project documentation and test reports

• Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and site teams for seamless delivery

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace

THE CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Switchboard Electrician with a passion for quality workmanship and teamwork. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven experience in switchboard cabling and terminations

• Confidence working with busbar – cutting, punching, and bending

• A current QLD Electrical Fitter licence

• A valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Construction White Card

• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics

• A team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently and support apprentices
