Nalanda Vidyaniketan School is seeking a dynamic and personable Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The Admission Counsellor will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to final enrollment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the school's programs, and a passion for helping families make informed decisions about their children's education.
Prospective Student Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, providing detailed information about the school’s programs, culture, and values.
Admissions Process Management: Guide families through the admissions process, including application submission, interviews, campus tours, and any necessary testing.
Information Sessions and Tours: Organize and conduct information sessions and campus tours for prospective students and parents, showcasing the school's facilities and academic offerings.
Follow-Up Communication: Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and their families via phone calls, emails, and meetings, ensuring they have all the information needed to make an informed decision.
Application Review: Assist in reviewing and processing applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
Collaboration with Academic Staff: Work closely with academic staff to understand program offerings and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to prospective students.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing admissions-related events such as open houses, orientation programs, and information sessions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for attracting new students, and provide insights to improve the admissions process.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Customer-Focused: A deep commitment to helping families make the best educational choices for their children.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Education or Counseling: Prior experience in an admissions or counseling role, preferably in an educational setting, is highly desirable.
Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for managing applications and communications.

We are constructing a state-of-the-art international school building spanning 250,000 square feet. We are seeking a talented and experienced Site Engineer specialized in interior designing to oversee and execute the interior design aspects of our new school construction project. Key Responsibilities: • Project Management: • Oversee the interior design and execution of the new school building. • Ensure that the project is completed within the stipulated time frame and budget. • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. • Interior Design Implementation: • Implement and execute interior design plans provided by the architects, ensuring alignment with the vision and requirements of an international school environment. • Select and procure appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes. • Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to design specifications. • Quality Control: • Monitor the quality of interior work and ensure compliance with design standards. • Conduct regular site inspections and address any design-related issues promptly. • Safety and Compliance: • Ensure that all interior design activities comply with safety regulations and standards. • Adhere to local building codes and regulations. • Budget Management: • Manage the budget for interior design aspects of the project. • Track expenses and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. • Collaboration and Communication: • Collaborate with the construction team, school management, and design consultants. • Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders. • Documentation: • Maintain comprehensive records of design plans, modifications, and project progress. • Prepare and submit reports as required. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. • Proven experience in managing large-scale interior design projects, preferably in educational institutions. • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and finishes. • Excellent project management and organizational skills. • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
