About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and lead strategic hiring efforts. This role is critical to ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent to support our rapid growth and technological innovations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at handling complex recruitment challenges, and passionate about building high-performing teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with Frinks.AI’s goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, driving high performance and growth.
  • Partner with leadership and department heads to understand hiring requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing methods and platforms to identify and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market dynamics.
  • Monitor and report key hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
  • Establish and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.


Key Competencies:

  • 8-10 years of HR experience, with a proven focus on talent acquisition in fast-paced environments.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and sourcing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
  • Experience leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing hiring processes.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in technology-driven industries or AI-based companies is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of hirings
