Role: Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai


Role Objective:

To drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies that target business

travellers, corporate accounts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and other

relevant segments.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

● Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.

● Identify and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to strategize opportunities for the hotel.

● Segment and prioritise markets, focusing on corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organisers.


2. Client Acquisition & Retention

● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel management

companies, and event planners.

● Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert leads into bookings.

● Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.


3. Revenue Management

● Collaborate with the revenue and reservations teams to optimize room rates and maximize occupancy.

● Monitor sales performance against revenue targets and adjust strategies accordingly.


4. Event & MICE Sales

● Drive sales for the hotel’s banquet, conference, and meeting spaces.

● Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.


5. Reporting & Analytics

● Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, highlighting performance, key

insights, and areas for improvement.

● Use CRM tools to track client interactions and maintain an up-to-date database.


6. Marketing Collaboration

● Partner with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive visibility and bookings.
