This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on experience in sales, marketing campaigns, lead generation, and client communication. You’ll gain exposure to both B2B and B2C strategies while contributing directly to business growth.You’ll be the front-line driver of ourlead generation and client acquisitionefforts — reaching out, following up, and closing opportunities through calls, DMs, and B2B platforms.Responsibilities Assist in lead generationthrough cold calls, social media, and B2B platforms. Makecold callsto potential clients and existing leads. Generate leads through researchand follow upon social media(Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Maintain consistentfollow-upswith prospects until closure. Update and manage CRM or lead tracking sheets. Coordinate with the marketing team. Conductmarket researchto identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi, EnglishRequirements: Recently completed a degree inBusiness, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Previous internship experienceinlead generation, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales is preferred. English, Hindi and Bengali language proficiency. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Comfort with bothvoice and written outreach. Familiarity withsocial media platforms, MS Office/Google Workspace.
