Designation: Brand Lead – Strategic Partnerships

Job Location: Mumbai

Reporting to – Head - Strategic Partnership

Organization: KidZania India

Salary: 15 - 18 Lacs per annum including variables.


Key Responsibilities: -

 Business Development attributes with ability to identify potential partner brands.

 Concept presentation for Strategic Brand Partnerships

 Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current & future partners.

 Overseeing customer account management, including contracts and commercials.

 Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and

executive sponsors.

 Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external

stakeholders

 Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of enhancing revenue.

 Prepare reports on account status.


Requirements and skills:

 The candidate must be highly proficient in making presentation & presentation.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Ability to identify brands and able to create synergy through Concept Selling.

 Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales

Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role

 Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all

levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.

 Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

 Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while

maintaining sharp attention to detail
