Designation: Brand Lead – Strategic Partnerships

Reporting to – Head - Strategic Partnership
Organization: KidZania India
Salary: 15 - 18 Lacs per annum including variables.
Key Responsibilities: -
Business Development attributes with ability to identify potential partner brands.
Concept presentation for Strategic Brand Partnerships
Maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with current & future partners.
Overseeing customer account management, including contracts and commercials.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
executive sponsors.
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external
stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of enhancing revenue.
Prepare reports on account status.
Requirements and skills:
The candidate must be highly proficient in making presentation & presentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to identify brands and able to create synergy through Concept Selling.
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales
Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all
levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while
maintaining sharp attention to detail
