Role Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally ERP , GST & TDS compliance , and bookkeeping . This position is ideal for CA Intermediate or Final students who wish to gain hands-on experience in corporate accounting. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities and ensure timely posting of entries. Record and maintain daily accounting transactions and books of accounts . Perform sales and debtors reconciliation and purchase and creditors reconciliation . Manage accounts payable/receivable , vendor payments , and petty cash . Post bank entries and perform bank reconciliations regularly. Prepare and file monthly GST returns and quarterly TDS returns , ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Assist in Fixed Asset Register (FAR) preparation as per the Companies Act . Support monthly closing , financial reporting , and audit preparation . Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for billing, documentation, and reconciliations. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Pursuing CA Intermediate or Final (preferred). 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship in accounting. Proficient in Tally ERP and MS Excel . Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles . Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
