We help clients make better decisions by providing timely access to insights that matter.Role OverviewAs an Account Manager in the Expert Network team, you will focus on nurturing existing client relationships, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to grow engagement within your assigned accounts. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience and contribute to the overall account growth strategy.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and project follow-ups. - Understand client requirements and identify new opportunities to expand service usage within accounts. - Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute account growth strategies. - Track client satisfaction, project performance, and feedback to improve service delivery. - Maintain accurate client records and project data in internal systems (CRM/KEKA). - Support in preparing business review materials, quarterly business reviews performance reports, in person client meetings and growth presentations. - Work cross-functionally to ensure high standards of client experience and retention.Key Skills & Competencies- Excellent communication and relationship management skills. - Strong client-facing confidence and ability to engage in professional discussions. - Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for client success. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach. - Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software.Qualifications- Mater's degree in Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (preferably in an Expert Network, Consulting, or Market Research firm). - Strong understanding of B2B client engagement and relationship management.Why Join Nextyn- Work directly with global clients and decision-makers. - Be part of a dynamic, growing team that values initiative and ownership. - Gain exposure to diverse industries and business functions. - Opportunity to grow into Account Manager and leadership roles based on performance.
