CLM Manager (Customer Lifecycle Management) RetentionJob Description:We're looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed retention leader to drive lifecycle marketing at YES MADAM. As a manager of CLM, you'll craft data-driven journeys that keep customers engaged, loyal, and coming back for more. This is your chance to lead retention at scale and build a world-class CLM engine.Key Responsibilities:Retention & Lifecycle Strategy:- Build full-funnel lifecycle journeys to drive onboarding, engagement, reactivation & loyalty.- Use customer data to design lifecycle triggers and interventions for maximum LTV.Customer Insights & Personalization:- Lead segmentation, cohort analysis, and journey mapping to unlock personalized retention.- Launch A/B tests, track engagement KPIs, and optimize campaign performance .MarTech & Automation:- Own CLM tech stack: CDP, CleverTap, Meta Ads, APIs, CRM integrations & more .- Build dynamic audience journeys with real-time automation .Cohort-Based Pricing & Monetization:- Launch membership and subscription models for various user segments .- Drive ARPU growth with cohort-specific monetization strategies .Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work with product, ops, growth & creative teams to deliver seamless experiences .- Roll out regional campaigns and hyperlocal interventions .Performance & Reporting:- Own KPIs: retention (7/30/90), ARPU, repeat rate, churn, CLTV .- Present monthly dashboards and growth insights to leadership .What Were Looking For:- 6-8 years of experience in retention marketing, CLM, or lifecycle growth .- Proven record in improving retention & CLV through structured programs .- Strong in analytics, experimentation, and marketing automation tools .- Leadership & stakeholder management experience .Bonus Points If You Have:- Increased repeat retention by 3050% through lifecycle programs .- Built CDP or led martech integrations end-to-end .- Drove hockey-stick growth during flagship events .- Recognized in industry awards (e.g. ET 30 Under 30, internal leadership awards) .Why Join YES MADAM?Were reimagining beauty and wellness at home .
