**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Telecaller & Sales Executive** who can confidently communicate in English, handle customer calls, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be the voice of Yes Madam, ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and drives growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
→ Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential leads
→ Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and convert them into customers
→ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM
→ Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
→ Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service
→ Escalate complex issues when necessary

**Requirements**:
→ 1-3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales
→ **Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)**
→ Ability to handle high call volumes with confidence
→ Target-driven and self-motivated
→ Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call logging software
→ Bonus: Experience in **beauty, wellness, or service industry**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
