Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer with a strong background in SQL and business analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and campaign performance measurement, particularly within the retail sector. If you have a passion for transforming data into actionable insights and driving business decisions, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into campaign performance and measurements.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that can enhance business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing.
  • Perform data wrangling and cleaning to ensure high-quality data for reporting and analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign strategies and overall business performance.
  • Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track campaign success.
  • Utilize SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis techniques, including exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience in campaign performance analysis, including promotional activities and A/B testing.
  • Mandatory experience in the retail industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods.


Experience Level: 3 to 8 Years Minimum

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Chennai or Bangalore

Salary: Based on Company Standards
