About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead projects in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

- Implement Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura and LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Optimize and integrate Salesforce with other systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.

- Create and maintain system documentation, including process flows, technical specifications, and training materials.

- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot development and production issues.

- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, emerging trends, and product updates.

- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I (mandatory), Platform Developer II (preferred).

Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Proven expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and third-party integration tools.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Security Model, sharing rules, and data visibility.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD processes, Git, and deployment tools like Jenkins or Copado.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
