Singhi & Co. is also a member of the Moore Global Network in the UK, a renowned accounting & advisory firm globally.Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Senior Partner (CA) - Risk Advisory/Internal Audit. The Senior Partner will be responsible for leading risk advisory and internal audit engagements, managing client relationships, providing strategic insights and recommendations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role includes overseeing developing, building and leading the current project teams, performing risk assessments/ internal audits, developing audit plans, and mentoringstaff for adding value to clients and ultimately discussion the reports on ground with the clients and presenting to the Audit Committees/ CEO/ CFO.Qualifications Expertise in Risk Advisory and Internal Audit Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks Experience in Processes, Risk, Governance, Preparing and reviewing Audit plans and understanding risks across industries Exposure in manufacturing and services industry is required Exposure to Financial Due Diligence, Strategy, M&A is a plus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle complex projects and deliver results effectively CA qualification with at least 10 years post qualification experience Proficiency in using audit and risk management software tools/ IT/ AI/ Data Analytics is a plus.Singhi & Co. believes in exceptional client service and high quality delivery. Compensation is not an issue for senior leadership depending on their quality of experience, on ground results and business development capabilities.
