Full Stack Lead

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of professional experience, specializing in .NET Core backend and ReactJS frontend development. This individual contributor role supports the Capital Finance division in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable web applications, write unit tests, collaborate effectively with distributed Agile teams, and deliver production-ready code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop RESTful APIs using C# and .NET Core following layered architecture Implement exception handling, logging (Serilog/NLog), and reusable backend services.

- Build responsive and reusable ReactJS components with JSX, manage routing, and integrate APIs using Axios or fetch. Use React Hooks and lifecycle methods effectively.

- Manage application state using Redux or Context API.

- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions using T-SQL; optimize queries and understand indexing and execution plans.

- Develop and maintain ASP.NET MVC applications with routing, controllers, filters, and Razor views using dependency injection.

- Perform UI development using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3 for form validation, DOM manipulation, and styling.

- Write and maintain unit tests using NUnit or MSTest, with experience in mocking frameworks like Moq preferred.

- Use Git for version control with daily branching, merging, pull requests, and conflict resolution. Familiarity with GitFlow or trunk-based workflows is a plus.

- Participate actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and demos, using tools like JIRA for tracking.

- Collaborate with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) by reviewing build statuses, resolving test failures, and supporting Dev/Test processes.

- Communicate progress and challenges clearly in Agile meetings and client interactions, including onshore-offshore coordination.

- Investigate and contribute to resolving production incidents (L2 support).

- Support security remediation efforts including OWASP vulnerabilities and adhere to secure coding best practices (input validation, output encoding, session management).

- Document internal designs, test plans, and maintain user stories and tasks.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years with C# and .NET Core backend development including RESTful APIs and layered architecture.

- 1.52 years hands-on experience with ReactJS (v16+) including functional components, hooks, routing, and state management.

- Strong SQL Server (T-SQL) skills with experience in writing joins, stored procedures, and query optimization.

- Experience in ASP.NET MVC development with a solid grasp of MVC design pattern and DI.

- 5+ years in frontend development with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Unit testing experience with NUnit or MSTest, and knowledge of mocking frameworks (Moq preferred).

- Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA.

- Familiarity with CI/CD processes (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

- Good communication skills and ability to manage client interactions.

- Experience handling incidents and security remediation in production applications.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with legacy JS frameworks such as AngularJS, Kendo UI, or ExtJS for UI maintenance.

- Familiarity with Selenium/TestNG for UI automation testing.

- Basic understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts.

- Comfortable consuming REST APIs, and basic knowledge of SOAP services.

- Awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS (conceptual understanding).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture concepts and modular API design.
