Position Overview:

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for development, designing, architectural reviews and designing. You are expected to be proficient in all Front Technologies,

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

· Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing direction and setting standards for coding practices.

· Technology Stack: Proficient in .NET Stack, Frontend development with React.js, Material UI design, Entity Framework, Webhooks etc.

· Microservices Architecture: Expertise in Microservices Architecture, with experience in migrating from Monolithic to Microservices.

· Design Thinking: Apply design thinking principles to create innovative solutions and guide the team in implementing them.

· Standardization: Implement and enforce coding standards, including Unit Test Cases, Security SAST Scans, and SonarQube scans.

· DevOps Coordination: Work closely with DevOps to set up CI/CD pipelines and ensure adherence to branching strategies.

· Code Review: Own and manage the code review process, ensuring high-quality code through peer reviews.

· Frontend Migration: Preferably experienced in migrating legacy ASP.NET UI to React.js.

· Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive Technical Design Documents for new Epics and Stories.

· Holistic Approach: Oversee future business demands and ensure the team is prepared to meet them.

· Mentorship: Mentor and coach peer development teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

· Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors to oversee and manage development activities.

Qualifications:

· Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field.

· Experience: 10+ years in Full Stack Software Development, with significant experience in .NET Stack and frontend technologies.

Skills:

· Proficient in .NET Stack, React.js, Material UI design, Entity Framework, Webhooks, CDN integration, and Kafka.

· Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.

· Experience with Unit Testing, SAST Scans, and SonarQube.

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies.

· Strong design thinking capabilities

· Experience with cloud services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

· Excellent technical documentation skills.

· Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.

· Effective communication and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

· Ability to optimize applications for performance and scalability.

· Experience with data storage solutions and caching mechanisms.

Screening Criteria

1. B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or related field
2. 8 + years in Full Stack Software Development, with significant experience in .NET Stack and frontend technologies
3. Proficient in .NET Stack
4. Proficient in React.js
5. Proficient in Material UI design, Entity Framework
6. Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture with migration experience from monolithic to microservices
7. Proficient in web api development
8. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies.
9. Exposure to HLD & LLD
10. Exposure to measuring software quality, (KPIs/metrics),
11. Exposure to Performance testing approaches for API
12. Exposure to secure coding practices using OWASP guidelines
13. Exposure to differences between net core 6 vs core 8
14. Exposure to latest version and tech enhancements
15. Strong design thinking capabilities.
16. Available to work from office in Hyderabad
17. Available to join within 30 days
