About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Lead Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications across the front-end and back-end.

Youll be hands-on in coding, architecture, code reviews, and mentoring a team of developers while collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps engineers.

The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with a proven track record in delivering complex software projects, who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and exhibits strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Full Stack Development across all phases of the software development lifecycle from architecture, design, implementation, testing, to deployment and maintenance.

- Architect and implement scalable and secure APIs, services, and front-end interfaces.

- Collaborate closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of front-end and back-end developers.

- Conduct design and code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security best practices.

- Own and drive performance optimization, monitoring, debugging, and production support.

- Stay up to date with the latest trends in web development, tools, and Requirements :

Must-Have :

- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on both front-end and back-end technologies.

- Expertise in at least one front-end framework e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Expertise in back-end development using Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar.

- Strong proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL and NoSQL).

- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive web design.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing frameworks, and version control (Git).

- Solid grasp of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization tools like :

- Experience with GraphQL, serverless architectures, or real-time applications using WebSockets.

- Knowledge of authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, JWT, SSO).

- Familiarity with DevOps tools, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Previous experience leading agile/scrum teams and delivering products in a SaaS :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade web applications
