Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Capability Building

• Assess the current BPS capabilities, solutions, and operational strengths to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Develop a strategic roadmap to enhance BPS capabilities, ensuring alignment with next-gen trends such as automation, AI-driven analytics, hyper-personalization, and customer-centric innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that enable Mindsprint to position itself as a leading player in the evolving BPS landscape.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

• Outline and prioritize focus areas for building new solutions and refining existing ones to align with emerging industry demands and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to define target markets and craft a compelling GTM strategy that highlights our competitive advantage.
• Develop customer success stories and case studies to showcase the impact of Mindsprint’s BPS solutions in solving real-world business challenges.

Storytelling & Market Positioning

• Leverage advanced storytelling techniques to articulate the Mindsprint BPS value proposition, ensuring it resonates with both current and future market needs.
• Create engaging narratives around our solutions that highlight their innovation, scalability, and business impact, positioning them effectively in key marketplaces.
• Work with Marketing & Communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms and channels.
