Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Experience Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, a deep understanding of customer service principles, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Order Management: Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery issues. Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding order status.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product range, ingredients, benefits, and usage to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by engaging with them regularly and understanding their needs and preferences.
  • CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and data. Ensure all customer interactions are logged and updated accurately.
  • Training & Development: Continuously improve your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on customer feedback, support metrics, and trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer experience role, preferably in the health and wellness or e-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • Knowledge of hemp-based products and their benefits is a plus.
