Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive at Multiplier AI, you will drive business growth by identifying sales opportunities, pitching our technology products to pharmaceutical clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • This role is target-oriented, and the sales executive needs to focus on at least 4 to 5 daily meetings to introduce the AI product to the brand managers. Although the back-end team will also help fix appointments, the sales executive must focus on a minimum number of daily meetings.
  • Identify and target pharmaceutical companies as potential clients for Multiplier AI's technology solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand pharmaceutical companies' needs and pain points.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to critical stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and close client agreements.
  • As per the role, the sales executive will be taught the usage of CRM tools, and they need to enter the details of their meetings in CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or technology sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
