Position: Growth Manager
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in EdTech Industry
Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
Salary: ₹35,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Optimize digital campaigns and marketing funnels.
- Analyze metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for growth alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in EdTech growth roles.
- Strong expertise in digital growth, marketing, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to scale user base and revenue.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a remote environment.
