About the Role


At HONOR India, we are driven by innovation, customer-centricity, and operational excellence. We are currently seeking an experienced E-commerce Channel Sales Manager to drive our online sales growth across key platforms in India. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of our e-commerce strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and building strong relationships with platform partners to achieve ambitious sales targets.

The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and hands-on experience in managing e-commerce channels. Responsibilities



  • Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans for overseas e-commerce channels, aligning with brand online marketing strategies. Leverage market and internal analysis to create monthly operational strategies, allocate budgets, and mobilize key resources (supply chain, funding, internal teams) to ensure sales targets are met while adapting swiftly to market changes.
  • 1P Platform Management: Drive sales performance on cooperated platforms, establish and maintain strong partnerships, secure platform resources, and foster sustainable collaboration for brand growth.
  • 3P Channel Management: Build and optimize third-party (3P) customer management systems, implement channel policies, set and monitor sales targets, and ensure effective execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Design and enhance customer workflows and operational processes, ensuring adherence to company standards and improving overall efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced data analysis to monitor traffic and sales metrics, identify performance gaps, and implement actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns for both peak sales seasons and daily operations, boosting conversion rates and enhancing customer engagement.


Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or above, with bilingual proficiency (Business English).



Required Skills



  • Over 5 years of e-commerce experience (flexibility for exceptional candidates), with mobile e-commerce sales experience preferred, and direct collaboration experience with target e-commerce platforms.
