We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive innovation and deliver intuitive, impactful design solutions across multiple product verticals. In this role, you will lead the design vision and strategy, mentor a growing design team, and ensure that our products deliver exceptional user experiences aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the creation of innovative design solutions that set new benchmarks for user experience and design excellence.

- Define and articulate the design vision and strategy across products, ensuring a cohesive and consistent user journey.

- Foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the team to test, learn, and adopt innovative approaches.

- Align user needs with business objectives, crafting solutions that resonate with users while driving company goals.

- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles, ensuring products are usable by the broadest audience.

- Use workshops, journey mapping, and design research to deeply understand user needs and pain points.

- Mentor and guide designers to achieve their full potential, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.

- Uphold the highest standards of design excellence across all deliverables.

- Streamline and optimize design workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

- Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle from concept to delivery.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to translate product requirements into impactful designs.

- Ensure that final outputs align with both strategic vision and technical feasibility.

- Leverage user insights, analytics, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

- Continuously refine and improve designs to enhance user engagement and business performance.

- Present design ideas and strategies to stakeholders and cross-functional teams with clarity and influence.

- Act as a collaborative partner, bridging design, product, and engineering for seamless execution.

- Develop and refine scalable design systems to ensure consistency across products.

- Advocate for continuous improvement in design standards, usability, and developer efficiency.

Requirements :

- Experience: 510 years in product design, with at least 23 years in a leadership or senior design role.

- Proven track record of delivering user-centric, scalable product designs.

- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision (or similar).

- Strong knowledge of prototyping and wireframing tools (Figma, Axure, Marvel, etc.).

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to ensure technical feasibility.

- Experience working with and developing design systems at scale.

- Strong grasp of user research methodologies (interviews, usability testing, A/B testing).

- Knowledge of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, etc.) to inform design decisions.

- Excellent visual design, typography, and interaction design skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Deep passion for accessibility and inclusive design.

- Experience in SaaS / B2B product design.

- Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).

- Exposure to agile methodologies and working in cross-functional squads.

- Prior experience designing for multi-platform products (web, mobile, tablet, desktop).
