Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract – 6 months (possibility of extension)

5–7 years in product design with leadership experience

We are hiring a Lead Product Designer to drive the design vision and execution for B2C mobile-first digital products. In this role, you will combine visual storytelling with user-centered design principles to craft experiences that delight consumers while meeting business goals. You will guide a small team of designers, mentor juniors, and ensure design excellence across mobile and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process for consumer-facing apps, with a strong focus on mobile-first experiences.
  • Deliver visually polished, brand-aligned interfaces that drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead a small team of product designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and design reviews.
  • Translate user research, analytics, and business requirements into design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align design with product strategy.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on real user feedback.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design practices.
  • Stay up to date with mobile design trends, ensuring the product feels modern and competitive.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of professional experience in product design for B2C apps, including at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and mobile-first projects.
  • Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong eye for typography, color, and composition.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts.
  • Experience working in hybrid setups with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to balance creativity with data-driven design decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
