Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Evaluation & Analysis:
- Evaluate loan applications for SME and Supply Chain Finance (SCF) borrowers.
- Analyze financial statements, creditworthiness, and risk factors.
- Prepare detailed credit application notes for Credit Committee presentation.
Credit Risk Management:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Credable's credit risk framework, including policies, processes, and risk assessment models.
- Monitor loan portfolios and identify potential credit risks.
- Collaborate with senior management on credit strategy and portfolio management.
Growth & Scalability:
- Play a vital role in scaling Credable's risk management and underwriting capabilities to meet the demands of our rapidly growing Assets Under Management Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credit underwriting, preferably specializing in SME or SCF lending.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial modeling and credit analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth understanding of credit risk management principles and best practices.
- Passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the growth of a leading FinTech company
