HR & Admin Executive (Factory)

Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records of employees.
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Preparing and managing the payrolls.
- Liaise with external partners, like vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
- Create regular performance reports and presentations department wise.
- Daily activities like mispunch, absent workforce, workers requests.
- Filing returns for all ESI and PF Compliance
- Checking the factory maintenance, housekeeping and admin work.
- Hiring new employees as per the organization requirement.
Requirements
- Should Know the working of a factory.
- Experience with HR software.
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
