Key Responsibilities:- Proficient in Python with strong credit risk and BFSI domain knowledge, including experience with banks, NBFCs, or FinTechs.- Build AI/ML models for credit originations, behaviour, and collections using techniques such as linear/logistic regression, boosting, and bagging.- Apply solid understanding of scikit-learn and statsmodels for model development.- Work extensively with bureau data for analytics and modelling.- Develop frameworks for model validation, monitoring, and documentation.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.- Demonstrate strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Git.- Communicate insights clearly with strong presentation skills for senior stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience- 2 - 6 years of data science experience in BFSI (Banking, NBFC, FinTech preferred).- Strong technical skills in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Git.- Hands-on experience in credit risk analytics and AI/ML model development.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
