Job Overview

PactPulse Solutions is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive for a Junior level position at our Jaipur headquarters. This is a Full-Time role requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience, focused on expanding our client base and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for sales and client engagement.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Lead Generation (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to identify and generate new leads through various channels.
  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Expertise in maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Digital Marketing Sales (Mandatory skill): Experience in selling digital marketing solutions and services.
  • B2B Sales: Demonstrated success in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Territory Management: Ability to manage and develop assigned sales territory for optimum sales potential.
  • Market Research: Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Channel Sales: Experience in managing and developing channel partner relationships to expand market reach.
  • Product Demonstrations: Proficiency in delivering persuasive product demonstrations to prospective clients.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and field visits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated sales territory.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competition and industry landscape.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' business needs.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute mentoring strategies.
  • Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback to enhance sales strategies.


Performance Expectations

  • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare reports and analyze sales performance.
  • This is a target-based job. There will be variable salary if targets are not completed.
