Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Executive – Solar
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 2–4 Years

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Executive to promote and sell our solar products directly to customers. The role requires face-to-face interaction, lead generation, and closing sales to support our business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Present and explain solar solutions to homeowners and businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Collect market feedback and report to the sales manager.
  • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in field/door-to-door sales (Solar preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas.

Education:

  • Any Graduate with relevant field sales experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9, ₹30,277.85 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
