Kotak Cherry ensures a smooth and centralized experience, allowing users to monitor and analyze their investments with ease.Role Description We are seeking a Product Manager Lead who will define the product vision, lead a cross-functional team, and own key business and engagement metrics for Kotak Cherry. This role demands strong strategic thinking, team leadership, and a data-driven mindset to deliver scalable digital product growth. Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy • Define and articulate the long-term product vision and strategy aligned with business goals. • Own the product KPIs — from user growth and engagement to D2C conversion and retention. • Translate customer insights and market opportunities into actionable product initiatives. • Continuously identify innovation opportunities and competitive differentiation.Team Leadership & Management • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering collaboration and ownership. • Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and speed across product and design teams. • Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless product execution.Product Roadmap & Execution • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and customer value. • Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories focusing on why and what, while collaborating with engineering and design on how. • Ensure timely and high-quality product releases through structured execution and QA processes. • Partner with UX to deliver intuitive, delightful user experiences for all customer segments.Growth & Performance • Drive DAU, MAU, and engagement by building sticky product experiences and tools. • Enhance D2C customer transactions through data-led product improvements and integrated marketing efforts. • Leverage analytics to monitor feature adoption, user journeys, and product performance; make data-backed decisions for continuous improvement.Customer Insights & Market Awareness • Collaborate with the customer success team to translate user feedback into roadmap priorities. • Benchmark against competitors and incorporate emerging market trends into the product strategy. • Maintain a customer-first mindset while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility.Qualifications • Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, SaaS, or digital-first startups. • Strong understanding of technology, APIs, and product-led growth principles. • Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams (minimum 2–3 members). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical decision-making skills. • Deep customer empathy with an ability to balance strategy and execution.
