Role Overview:

The Backend Operations Manager will be crucial in overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of our backend systems. This role demands a proactive, tech-savvy professional who is adept at managing data, coordinating teams, and maintaining platform efficiency and security.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all backend operations for Skoodos Ventures' platforms, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee data management processes including data collection, storage, and upload.
  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues, roll out updates, and implement new features.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to align backend optimizations with overall SEO strategies.
  • Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure all backend processes comply with legal regulations and data protection standards.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing backend systems, ideally within a tech or educational environment.
  • Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of database management and backend frameworks.
  • Proficient in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional projects.

  • Familiarity with SEO principles and how they integrate with backend processes.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with data security and privacy practices.


Salary offer: 3.6LPA to 5.40LPA
