Description :DevOps Engineer (46 yrs exp) Join a fast-growing engineering team thats scaling cloud-native systems for performance, reliability, and automation excellence. This role is for engineers who live and breathe CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code and want to build scalable, secure infrastructure powering world-class digital platforms.What Youll Do :- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) for reliable and zero-downtime releases- Build infrastructure automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates- Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)- Set up and maintain monitoring & alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack- Implement performance tuning, cost optimization, and auto-scaling for cloud systems- Deploy and manage cloud services across AWS, Azure, or GCP- Secure infrastructure with IAM policies, encryption, and compliance frameworks- Handle production deployments, rollback strategies, and disaster recovery planning- Collaborate with dev teams to integrate automated testing and ensure deployment readiness- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practicesWhat Were Looking For :- 46 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM)- Experience in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)- Solid scripting ability in Python, Bash, or PowerShell- Experience in observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK), microservices, and GitOps workflows- Familiarity with security automation, compliance, and cost optimization- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related fieldNice to Have :- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Associate level)- Experience with event-driven or distributed systems- Familiarity with service mesh tools (Istio, Linkerd)- Exposure to streaming data platforms (Kafka, Kinesis, Event Hub)- Hands-on experience with performance/load testing toolsWhy Join Us :- Work on high-availability, production-grade systems at scale- Be part of a team that values ownership, automation, and clean engineering- Competitive compensation, learning-focused culture, and growth in cutting-edge DevOps practices- Opportunity to design multi-cloud strategies and shape system reliability from the ground up (ref:hirist.tech)
