We're Hiring: DevOps Engineer (Team Lead) | Onsite - Mumbai

Are you a passionate DevOps professional who thrives on building scalable systems, leading from the front, and driving automation excellence?

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer (4+ years) who can not only handle deployment pipelines with ease but also lead a small team and collaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth CI/CD workflows.

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

Experience: 4+ years

Role Type: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers.

Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Oversee cloud infrastructure management, scalability, and cost optimization.

Collaborate with development and QA teams for efficient release cycles.

Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue management.

Maintain high system availability and security standards.

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS) or equivalent cloud services.

Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.

Experience in Terraform / Ansible / Helm for infrastructure automation.

Strong understanding of Linux systems and shell scripting.

CI/CD pipeline setup and automation expertise.

Team leadership or mentorship experience.

Good to Have

Exposure to microservices and container orchestration in production.

Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Security and compliance awareness in DevOps workflows.
