Mission & Responsibilities:
- As the Digital Analyst Manager , you will lead our digital analytics initiatives, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- You will oversee and mentor a team of talented analysts, ensuring the efficient and effective execution of analytics projects.
- Your responsibilities will span the entire analytics lifecycle, from implementation and management of tracking solutions to the delivery of actionable insights that optimize user experiences and achieve key business objectives.
- You will be a key partner to executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance based on robust data analysis.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of digital analytics professionals, ensuring efficient and effective project execution, fostering a collaborative environment, and promoting professional growth.
- End-to-End Analytics: Implement and manage comprehensive analytics solutions across web and app platforms, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics 4, Firebase, Mixpanel, and Google Tag Manager to track user behavior and key performance indicators.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, from initial engagement and understanding their business needs to proposal creation and effectively pitching analytics services and solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and strategically with paid media, social media, SEO, and technology teams to optimize campaign performance, improve user journeys, and achieve overarching business objectives through data-informed strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze complex datasets to provide clear, actionable insights that enhance UI/UX, optimize user journeys, and improve conversion rates.
- This includes analyzing session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, and other relevant behavioral data sources.
- Dashboard Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the dashboarding team to create and implement comprehensive analytics, media, and SEO dashboards.
- Provide strategic guidance on dashboard design and ensure alignment with critical business objectives and reporting 5+ years of proven experience as a Senior Digital Analytics Analyst or in a similar leadership role within a digital analytics function.
- Bachelor's degree in any related field or Marketing is preferred, demonstrating a strong analytical and business acumen.
- MBA is considered a significant plus, indicating advanced business and strategic thinking capabilities.
Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with a wide range of web and app analytics tools, including:
- Google Analytics 4
- Firebase
- Mixpanel
- Google Tag Manager
- Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Branch.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tools like VWO, Google Optimize, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Data ETL and cloud platforms such as Google BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Supermetrics.
- Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and privacy compliance tools.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Pardot.
- Reporting and data visualization tools, with a strong emphasis on Looker Studio.
- Excellent understanding of data-driven marketing principles and methodologies, with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively mentor a team of digital analysts, fostering their skills and productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to effectively present complex data and insights to executive stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality results within established deadlines
