This role involves working across the analytics layer of our multi-module platformspanning Quality, Knowledge Management, Helpdesk, Recruitment, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering insightful dashboards and high-level reports for senior stakeholders, clients, and leadership : - Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.- Translate business requirements into data-driven reports and actionable insights.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, engineering, and operations.- Extract, manipulate, and analyze data from MySQL databases.- Present findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Support strategic decision-making through meaningful data representation and : - Proven hands-on experience with Tableau (design, development, and optimization).- Strong command of MySQL and data analysis techniques.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Ability to understand business goals and translate them into clear, data-backed visual stories.- Experience working with product, project, or engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
