The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Tableau, a good understanding of performance optimization techniques, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and business stakeholders. Prior experience in the pharma domain is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities : - Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and interpret reporting and visualization needs.- Dashboard Development : Build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, following best practices.- Optimization : Apply Tableau performance optimization techniques (data extracts, calculations, data blending, etc.) to ensure high-performing dashboards.- Data Management : Integrate Tableau with multiple data sources (SQL, Excel, cloud, and enterprise data warehouses).- Client Engagement : Work in close coordination with client teams, presenting solutions and resolving issues effectively.- Documentation & Standards : Ensure proper documentation of requirements, technical specifications, and design standards.- Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and QA, to deliver quality solutions.- Innovation : Suggest improvements in reporting processes, tools, and methodologies.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server/Online.- Tableau Certification preferred (Desktop Specialist / Certified Professional).- Strong SQL skills for querying and data preparation.- Good understanding of data modeling and BI concepts.- Experience working in an Agile environment.- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.- Pharma domain knowledge is an added advantage.Preferred Skills :- Exposure to other BI/Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration with Tableau.- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R) for advanced analytics.
