- Euler Motors, an automotive OEM based in New Delhi, is leading the transformation of India's commercial transportation sector with innovative electric vehicles.

- As the Senior Manager / AGM - Network Development, you will play a key role in expanding our EV network and driving adoption of the HiLoad EV, recognized as a leader in payload capacity and range.

- This is an on-site, full-time role at our New Delhi headquarters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's network and strengthen its presence in the commercial EV sector.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve business objectives.

- Identify new market opportunities and design initiatives to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles.

- Oversee network development activities, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with company goals.

- Manage partnerships with dealerships, fleet operators, and key industry players to build a robust EV ecosystem.

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategic decisions and improve operational performance.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align network development strategies with overall business goals.

- Ensure targets are met by driving results through effective planning and execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in network development, business development, or partner management, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to create and sustain impactful partnerships.

- Expertise in strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving to drive innovative solutions.

- Ability to meet targets and deliver results through focused efforts and collaboration.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
