M&A Strategy and Execution:.- Develop and execute the organization's M&A strategy in line with business goals.- Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential acquisition targets, partnerships, and investment opportunities in renewable energy.- Lead the entire deal lifecycle, including target identification, valuation, negotiation, and integration planning. Financial and Commercial Analysis:.- Conduct in-depth financial modelling, valuation, and risk analysis for potential deals.- Prepare and present investment proposals, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.- Ensure all deals align with the company's financial objectives and long-term strategy. Due Diligence and Compliance:.- Oversee comprehensive due diligence covering financial, legal, operational, and regulatory aspects.- Collaborate with legal, tax, finance, and technical teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.- Identify potential risks and recommend strategies to address them. Stakeholder Management:.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and potential partners.- Represent the organization in negotiations with target companies, advisors, and external entities. Integration Management:.- Develop and implement integration plans to ensure seamless alignment of acquired entities with business operations.- Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition performance, ensuring ROI and strategic objectives are achieved. Key Qualifications & Experience:. - Begree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).- 5-10 years of experience in M&A, corporate strategy.- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence skills.- Experience in deal structuring, negotiations, and post-merger integration.- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
