Key Objectives:


1. Build brand love and affinity:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy
  • Create engaging brand narratives and messaging frameworks
  • Establish a consistent brand voice across channels
  • Lead social media strategy and content creation

2. Foster positive brand imagery:

  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Create impactful thought leadership content
  • Foster a strong brand community
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, and activations

3. Drive employee brand advocacy:

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies
  • Create engaging employee experiences and programs
  • Foster a strong employer brand
  • Lead employee ambassador programs

4. Manage brand assets and design:

  • Oversee brand asset creation and maintenance
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers and creatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

5. Monitor and measure brand performance:

  • Track and analyze brand metrics and sentiment
  • Provide insights and recommendations for brand growth


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the communications team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales)
  • Develop and manage budgets for brand and communications initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices


Requirements:


  • 8-11 years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong brands
  • Excellent storytelling and narrative-building skills
  • Strong understanding of the Indian market and insurtech industry
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and analytics tools

  • Experience working with contemporary brands and startups
