Job Description:

We seek a proficient Dart/Flutter Developer to craft a cross-platform Health Tech App for iOS and Android, harnessing Google’s Flutter framework for our top client based in Australia. This role involves merging advanced computer vision with top-tier healthcare and physiotherapy standards. Key duties include innovating new features and upholding existing apps. Candidates must boast extensive experience in contributing to and overseeing large-scale mobile app productions. Prior expertise in Flutter and Dart and Firebase development is mandatory.

This role initially demands a hybrid setup, necessitating at least one day of office presence in Bangalore.

Desired qualifications include proficiency in Computer Vision, MediaPipe, and Python, with prior exposure to early-stage startup environments considered a plus.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the CTO on a day-to-day basis.

Required Skills:

  •     Designing and implementing new app modules using the Flutter framework based on product requirements
  •     Maintaining existing codebases and building reusable code and libraries
  •     Integrating user-interface elements developed by other team members and UI/UX designers
  •     Integrating Firebase storage and APIs, as well as various third-party APIs
  •     Debugging existing app components, fixing issues, and avoiding regressions
  •     Collaborating closely with UI/UX designers, QA, and other developers
  •     Participating in software architecture, design discussions, and code reviews
  •     Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
  •     Following company guidelines and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  •     Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
  •     Minimum of two production-quality Android and/or iOS apps built with Flutter
  •     Proven working experience in software development, especially in mobile development
  •     Published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store
  •     Experience with third-party libraries and APIs, and familiarity with the mobile landscape and emerging technologies
  •     Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including automated testing and building
  •     Familiarity with Firebase databases and APIs, and proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git

Good to Have Skills:

  •     Understanding of MediaPipe or similar frameworks
  •     In-depth knowledge of AI and Computer Vision
  •     Familiarity with Notion, Python, and Agile methodology
  •     Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
