We are seeking a Junior Administration Executive in the real estate sector for a full-time position at Job Hub Hr. The role is based in Bangalore Urban and open to candidates with a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. This role involves supporting administrative functions and ensuring compliance with real estate processes within the organization.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient knowledge of property management software to effectively manage and organize real estate operations and transactions.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to handle various administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Experience with customer relationship management tools to maintain and enhance client relationships effectively.
  • Understanding of lease contract management to oversee and ensure accurate documentation and compliance. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with real estate compliance regulations to ensure the organization's adherence to industry standards.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prepare detailed financial reports to assist with budgeting and financial analysis for real estate projects.
  • Must possess strong administration skills specific to the real estate industry to drive operational efficiency. (Mandatory skill)
