About the job

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager at Transformative Learning Solutions, you will lead pivotal projects from ideation to launch, shaping products that touch millions of lives. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in an agile environment that values quick, impactful decision-making. You will be the visionary behind advanced products, directly contributing to the skincare journey of countless Strategic Vision and Execution: Lead the strategic vision for your products, balancing innovation with practical implementation.

- Impactful Leadership: Drive product decisions that directly affect our users and stakeholders, backed by your deep understanding of their needs.

- Dynamic Team Collaboration: Collaborate with spirited teams of engineers, designers, and area-experts to create market-leading products.

- User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product development, ensuring every feature resonates with and supports our users.

- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to guide product strategy, ensuring decisions are informed by data and user feedback.

- Market Intelligence: Keep your finger on the pulse of skincare technology trends to inform product innovation and Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or related field from a top institute.

- MBA or equivalent degree from a top tier institute.

- 3 - 5 years of experience in product management or 4 - 6 years in business analytics/ consulting.

- Strong technical background

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs and drive business success.

- Good communication skills, a humble and cooperative attitude and lots of hard work are the other expectations of the firm.
