Build your future with us ABOUT THE JOB: We are currently seeking an analytical and communicative SAP FI/CO Analyst to join our growing IT team. This is a role with our Pune India team. This position will report to the SAP FI/CO Manager. You will strategically manage the SAP FI/CO function to maximize efficiencies and promote continuous improvement. The primary focus of this position is to manage and support the business by facilitating changes and updates to the SAP system. As an SAP FI/CO Analyst, you will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing support of all areas within the financial processes in SAP. You will provide solutions to streamline operations and business goals including configuration, end user support / training, troubleshooting issues, testing, documentation and management. As an SAP FICO Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities: WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:Configure and maintain the relevant ECC 6.0 components that support SAP AP, AR, GL, AA and FAImplement and design systems specifications, develop, test, and implement cost effective solutions within SAPAct as a Systems Analyst to provide guidance to the businesses on appropriate use of the SAP system • Troubleshoot and debug SAP ABAP programs in support of current projects as well in general support issuesConfigure and test solutions, including appropriate documentationSupport business users in delivery of end user trainingCreation of functional specifications for application development objects and guide the development of those programs within the development teamResponsible for delivery, transformation, process improvement, and change management for SAP FI solutions within the Pune India team.Work closely with business, manage expectations and relationships while serving as an escalation point as needed EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related areas preferredAt least 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP FICO module in a functional and technical capacitySAP FI/CO in ECC 6.0 (Required)Experience with SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Cash Management/Banking) and some CO (CCA, PCA)Integration experience with SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PM/PP desired3-5 years of Supporting SAP FI desiredMust have at least 1 full life cycle implementation.Understanding of integration points between SAP FI/CO and other areas modules (MM/ PM / SD) Familiarity with ABAP coding (not looking for a developer) and putting together FS.Must have at least 1 full life cycle implementation. Proven experience in the conception and design of a scalable architecture that enhances productivity and efficiency for Finance teamsAble to serve as the SME and support the business needs, both high priority and small enhancements, defects. Detail oriented, self-directed with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and customer service orientation • Able to work with peers cross-functionally and on-shore
