With our team of professionals who have extensive domain and technical knowledge, we are committed to making long-term efforts to fulfil this vision through our technical innovation, client services, expertise, and capability expansion.Role Summary: We are seeking a high-potential professional to supportdeal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysisfor large-scaleAI Data CentreandClean Energy projects . This role will focus on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting leadership intransaction executionandinvestor engagement .The ideal candidate will have a strong background inproject finance, investment banking, or infrastructure funds , with a passion for enabling the growth of digital and sustainable infrastructureKey Tasks and Accountability: Deal Structuring & Execution: ·Support team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions. ·Build and maintainrobust financial modelsfor projects and transactions. ·Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents. ·Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modeling.Fundraising & Reporting: Prepare investment materials including pitch decks and project information memorandum.Market & Project Analysis ·Research and analyse market trends inAI infrastructure, data centres, and clean energy financing . ·Prepare competitor benchmarking and investment case studies.Qualifications & Experience: Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline; MBA, CFA, or CA is a plus. Experience:2–5 years of experience ininvestment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate finance ., Industry Knowledge:Exposure toinfrastructure, energy, or technologyprojects is desirable. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyse complex financial and market data, identify trends, and propose strategic financing solutions.
