Technical Services:


Electrical systems need to be safe and reliable to ensure critical processes in industries, run without interruptions.

Yet, they invariably experience outages due to tripping and equipment failures. Proper design, periodic health analysis of equipment, study of the interplay between various equipment in the system under varied operating conditions are necessary & essential to ensure safe and reliable system operation.

Your profile :


  • BE/ B. Tech (Electrical and Electronics) with 4+ years of experience in tendering, cost estimation, vendor registration or related roles in the Electrical domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and project management.
  • Should have good knowledge and familiar with purchase and tender processes in State and Central Power Utilities and other agencies.
  • Should have experience with physical submission, online bidding, and reverse auction processes.
  • Proficiency in tendering software and tools i.e. (E-procurement, GeM, SAP Ariba, SAP SRM Tendering)
  • Should have good presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Good verbal & written communication in English.
  • Good verbal communication in Hindi.


Your Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed, competitive, and compliant bids, including cost estimation, project timelines, and technical proposals.
  • Evaluate technical aspects of tenders, liaise with engineering and project management teams to gather necessary information, and prepare technical clarifications.
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of tender documents, maintain comprehensive records of all correspondence and bids, and adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, attending both pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients as necessary, and regularly updating management on tender and bid progress.
  • Continuously review past tenders and bids, staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements through active participation in training and development programs.
  • Occasional travel across PAN India may be required to visit customer offices for the purpose of validating documentation and ensuring the safe return of original documents to the management team.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments and business units across the organization.
