My Software solution client located in Bangalore is looking for Tender Executive. who have experience in tender management, preferably within the IT or network monitoring sector, strong understanding of legal documents, contracts and compliance requirements and also familiar with network monitoring solutions and technical terminology.

Location : Bangalore, India

Position Type : Permanent On site.

Experience : 2-4 years


Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tender Executive to join our team. As a Tender

Executive, you will play a key role in the tendering process for our network monitoring solutions. Your

primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all aspects of the tender submission process, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines.


Knowledge:

  • Review various legal documents including contracts, agreements, and other legal records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Prepare and compile tender documents, including technical proposals, commercial bids, and supporting materials.
  • Ensure compliance with tender guidelines, formatting requirements, and submission deadlines.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to enhance tender strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, engineering, and legal teams, to gather relevant information for tender responses.
  • Liaise with external parties, including government agencies, contractors, and partners, to gather required documents and certifications.
  • Maintain a database of tender documents, templates, and references for future use.
  • Monitor and track tender progress, providing regular updates to management.
  • Analyze and interpret legal documents to identify relevant facts, potential risks, and issues that may arise
  • Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Summarize key points and findings from reviewed documents and provide clear and concise reports to the legal team.
  • Work closely with legal and other team members to address any issues found during the document review process.
  • Manage and maintain document review databases and ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored

  • 5 days a week (sat & sun OFF)
  • Provident fund.
  • ESIC
  • Performance based bonus.
  • Holidays - 10 per year
  • leaves - 24 in a year
  • Timings - 9:30 am - 6:30 pm
